Program Manager, Security Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Security Operations to establish and transition temporary tasks into permanent positions.

• Oversee vendors, temporary services, personnel, and integrated services working alongside Concentric clients.

• Act as the main point of contact between Concentric, vendors, employees, and clients.

• Offer guidance, mentorship, performance evaluations, and administrative assistance.

• Recruit, onboard, and hire vendors and integrated employees.

• Authorize timecards, invoices, and expense claims.

• Provide supervisory oversight and work in partnership with Embedded Programs Management, Security Operations, HR, Recruiting, and Finance.

• Identify and assign embedded employees to client programs, assisting in screening and candidate selection.

• Conduct employee check-ins, advocate for employee needs, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including evaluations and performance improvement plans.

• Cultivate relationships with client managers.

• Design and draft proposals, including budget considerations.

• Source, evaluate, and train security personnel.

• Provide in-person management and direct Executive Protection support for intricate operations.

• Deliver direct billable consulting and security services to international clients.

• Represent the business in California, Nevada, and Arizona for client inquiries and business growth.

• Manage Security Operations staff coordinators.

• Oversee and enhance GSOC operations and scheduling.

• Provide administrative support including reconciliation, AP/AR assistance, calendar management, project tracking, and updates for Security Operations management.

• Lead internal initiatives and develop policies, procedures, processes, and escalation protocols for protective operations.

• Maintain communication regarding client needs, support requests, service challenges, and deliverables.

• Ensure client deliverables and quality standards are consistently met.

• Communicate identified risks to clients.

• Identify process and resource deficiencies and create strategies to address them.

• Supervise quality control and training for employees, embedded staff, and contracted security personnel.

• Hold a local Security License to provide armed and unarmed security services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in California, Nevada, or Arizona.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where this position is located without requiring visa sponsorship.

• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience is required.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is necessary.

• At least 10 years of experience in the protective security sector, law enforcement, or comparable government service is essential.

• Experience in developing and implementing protective protocols and measures at the organizational level is required.

• Proven experience working with contract staff and employees to deliver comprehensive protective services.

• Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team to provide protective services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.

• Demonstrated capability to transfer knowledge and foster a growth mindset.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Monday.com is required.

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain a California BSIS Armed Guard Card and CA CCW; eligibility for the CA BSIS Armed Guard Card is required regardless of state of residence.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time is necessary.
