This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable sales enablement programs that align with strategic objectives and enhance seller performance throughout the sales cycle.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of enablement initiatives—from initial concept and stakeholder alignment to content creation, delivery coordination, and tracking results.
• Apply a visual storytelling approach to all enablement materials, ensuring that presentations, guides, and assets are clear, on-brand, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with Enablement Leads, Product Marketing, Sales, and other Go-To-Market partners to ensure programs align with key priorities, messaging, and product launches.
• Ensure consistency in content layout, structure, and branding across all formats, including slide decks, one-pagers, internal portals, and live sessions.
• Monitor and report on the success metrics of enablement programs, using data and feedback to iterate and enhance program design and content effectiveness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies while ensuring quality and instructional clarity.
• Assist with content quality assurance and version control, and help organize how materials are stored, accessed, and updated over time.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning & development, preferably within a B2B SaaS or high-growth setting.
• A proven history of designing and implementing enablement programs that enhance sales productivity and field performance.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to coordinate across functions and drive programs from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated visual design skills, with experience transforming raw content into well-structured, brand-aligned materials that are user-friendly and engaging.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication and editing skills, with a keen eye for layout, clarity, and learner experience.
• Familiarity with sales tools and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Clari, Seismic).
• Self-driven, highly organized, and adept at navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
