Program Manager, Risk Ops Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate global programs, from the initial scoping phase through design and execution, while working on high-impact strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders across Risk Operations, Risk Product, Risk Engineering, and other teams (such as Policy and Data Science) to prioritize and enhance the impact of your projects.

• Develop and implement programs that result in significant improvements in our operational processes and business outcomes.

• Act as the Risk Operations authority and partner effectively with our cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute large-scale projects aimed at creating operational efficiencies and ensuring readiness.

• Exemplify our Operating Principles and promote our values and culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in risk program management, strategy, management consulting, business operations, or operations program management.

• The capability to delve into data and apply first principles thinking while achieving optimal results.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and drive innovative solutions while maintaining commitment to a common goal.

• Strong program management expertise, with experience overseeing the complete execution of projects and programs that have significantly transformed your organization’s operations.

• A passion for tackling complex challenges and the ability to convert incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information into actionable plans that yield measurable business outcomes.

• Proficiency in identifying recurring user and specialist-facing issues and developing scalable solutions and processes to resolve them.
