Enterprise 340B Program Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assisting with the 340B Enterprise Strategy & Center of Excellence

• Collaborating with leaders in commercial business and operations

• Overseeing project plans and initiatives associated with the 340B strategy

• Evaluating customer experience and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement

• Administering the 340B inbox and handling case management

• Working in conjunction with cross-functional teams

• Engaging in relationship management activities with external stakeholders

• Monitoring and tracking performance metrics related to 340B

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed four-year bachelor's degree program is required

• A Master's in Business Administration or Project Management Certification is preferred

• Broad training in areas such as Business Administration, Customer Experience, Project Management, and Operations is essential

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 340B, including a solid understanding of 340B compliance and regulations

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

• Significant operational leadership experience with a focus on customer experience and account management, ideally within the Pharmaceutical Industry

• Experience operating in a large enterprise with over 30,000 employees is required

• Ability to effectively manage large teams across the organization is essential

• Must have completed or be willing to complete the 340B University or 340B University on Demand

• Must have completed or be willing to pursue the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program (340B ACE)

• Understanding of pharmacy trends and operations is important

• Experience in data analytics and reporting is preferred, with proficiency in PowerBI

• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills are a must

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary

• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is required
