Program Management Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate programs spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream assets.

• Emphasize regulatory compliance and engage with stakeholders effectively.

• Lead a team of remediation specialists.

• Enhance program performance to achieve and surpass client satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create solutions to address client challenges and issues.

• Directly oversee project management activities.

• Serve as the direct supervisor for a team of remediation experts.

• Foster strong, trusting relationships with key contacts within client organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• At least 2 years in leadership roles.

• US Citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.

• P.G. or P.E. licensure in California or Colorado, or Texas is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting field.

• Ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience focusing on Oil and Gas clients in California, Colorado, or Texas.
