Associate Director, PMO/Program Manager – Construction Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold the "Gold Standard" for project controls.

• Function as the ultimate safeguard for data integrity.

• Act as the primary overseer for our project controls team.

• Anticipate delivery obstacles and develop recovery strategies.

• Ensure that risks are addressed at the operational level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a construction-related field.

• At least 10 years of pertinent experience.

• In-depth understanding of Program Management techniques and best practices.

• Technical proficiency in interpreting and communicating contract stipulations.

• Skilled in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
