Program Manager – Retail Banking Construction Programs, ATM, New Stores, Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee retail banking construction initiatives, such as ATM installations, renovations, and the establishment of new branches.

• Design and execute project management processes and methodologies.

• Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

• Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Perform risk assessments and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams effectively.

• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality benchmarks.

• Provide project management guidance and support to stakeholders.

• Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

• Engage in bids to assist in securing new project management opportunities.

• Track project performance and report on essential performance indicators.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred minimum of 3–5 years of pertinent experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of program management techniques and best practices.

• Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, scheduling, and scope management.

• Capability to read, comprehend, and communicate contract stipulations, construction drawings, and specifications.

• Proficient in interpreting construction methodologies.

• Ability to understand and adhere to site HSSE policies.

• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.

• Competent in utilizing data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
