This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Provide comprehensive leadership, direction, and oversight for the execution of contracts.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders within the government.
• Guide project planning, execution, and performance management across various simultaneous initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risk, staffing, and resource distribution.
• Offer strategic leadership and direction to project teams.
• Create and present executive-level briefings, reports, dashboards, presentations, and contract deliverables.
• Foster collaboration among stakeholders, project teams, and external partners.
• Enhance Agile and SAFe delivery practices and promote continuous improvement.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and provide executive oversight for pilots, training sessions, completion reports, and implementation deliverables.
• Supervise monthly implementation dashboards, program status reports, executive briefing materials, digital health pipeline dashboards, and evaluation plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• At least eight (8) years of professional experience in federal program management, healthcare transformation, digital health, or technology initiatives that support Federal Government clients.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience assisting Federal Government agencies.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or programs, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resources.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Background as the primary point of contact for government clients and project leadership.
• Experience in overseeing project planning, performance management, issue resolution, and contract deliverables.
• Proficient in developing and delivering executive-level briefings, strategic recommendations, program status reports, and client-facing deliverables.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and steer multidisciplinary teams.
• Competence in identifying and mitigating program risks, resolving complex issues, and making informed decisions.
• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Experience leading digital health, healthcare innovation, artificial intelligence, or healthcare technology programs.
• Preferred: Background in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, or enterprise transformation.
• Preferred: Experience managing Agile and SAFe delivery teams.
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
