Program Manager – Portfolio Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate a substantial portfolio of programs and projects encompassing more than 20 concurrent workstreams.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive master program schedule, monitoring milestones, dependencies, and risks.

• Organize recurring meetings, formulate agendas, document decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote alignment and execution across intricate initiatives.

• Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, and leadership updates utilizing clear visual storytelling techniques.

• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and sponsors.

• Assist in managing short-term, high-priority program timelines while adapting to changing priorities.

• Ensure uniformity and operational rigor across project plans, reporting, and communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in project and/or program management.

• Experience in a large, complex corporate setting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.

• Established stakeholder management skills, including coordination across diverse teams and senior audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for producing clear, concise documentation.

• Proficient with standard business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and function effectively in a fast-paced, short-term environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to provide work samples, including executive-level presentation materials (required).
