This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Formulate and implement detailed business intelligence strategies that convert client goals into practical KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations for all account sites and service lines.
• Evaluate performance metrics and variances to uncover trends, recommend corrective measures, and produce executive-level reports that showcase value and promote operational enhancements.
• Manage account technology platforms (SAP, CMMS systems) and work alongside technical teams to ensure data integrity, system integration, and smooth transitions during upgrades.
• Create and develop detailed reports and dashboards utilizing SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Build "Trusted Advisor" relationships with clients as a subject matter expert, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication, responsive problem-solving, and strategic collaboration.
• Collaborate with client governance frameworks in a cooperative manner to manage performance, supporting innovative strategies and best practice execution.
• Work with governance teams and data stewards to set quality standards, establish monitoring procedures, and address critical data challenges through root cause analysis.
• Promote process compliance and adherence while showcasing flexibility to meet evolving business requirements, coordinating efforts between internal and external teams to enhance operations.
• Assist in the development of the shared service model, ensuring alignment with vertical-wide initiatives while accommodating specific account demands.
• Encourage team growth through knowledge sharing, relationship building, and the promotion of industry best practices in business intelligence and data management sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems from an accredited institution.
• 5-8 years of pertinent work experience in performance management, business intelligence, process improvement, or facility management.
• Experience in maintenance planning and supervising engineering tasks.
• Proven experience in technology leadership with clients, ideally with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Corrigo.
• Background in commercial (corporate) real estate, transaction management, project management, or facility management.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritize, adapt, plan, schedule, and implement efficiently.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Basic knowledge of facility management trades, common repairs, parts, and services.
