Data Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Utilize intricate data pipelines to create tailored data solutions that guarantee precise and prompt data delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage proactively with commercial teams and clients to uncover opportunities where data can influence significant business decisions.

• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to swiftly produce customized data products while upholding high standards of data quality.

• Evaluate assigned tasks and project parameters using Jira, working alongside Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to clarify business needs.

• Identify the most effective strategies to extract and analyze data using proprietary platforms, SQL, and other available tools.

• Assess the SQL queries and outputs of colleagues for precision and quality.

• Assist in the training and enhancement of generative AI tools that facilitate data delivery.

• Acquire knowledge of essential business metrics and their role in aiding customers' strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Redash, Tableau, or similar.

• Strong capability to organize, analyze, and validate extensive datasets with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational processes while focusing on customer priorities.

• Ability to articulate technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-driven professional adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.

• Advanced proficiency in English (B2–C1).
