Data Analytics Mentor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Share your professional expertise and practical experience with students.

• Prepare and conduct engaging in-person and online workshops based on a structured outline that integrates theory, practical demonstrations, and interactive exercises.

• Support, motivate, and guide students throughout the entire educational process.

• Create an inspiring, open, and supportive environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and sharing of experiences.

• Continuously monitor new trends in modern work environments and incorporate current insights, technologies, and best practices into the teaching process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, reporting, or a similarly focused data role.

• Excellent understanding of data literacy principles, data interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Advanced knowledge of data tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and data cleansing techniques.

• Practical experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Looker Studio or other BI platforms.

• Ability to translate raw data into comprehensible conclusions and present results through engaging data storytelling.

• Experience in leading workshops, training, mentoring, or coaching adult participants is a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills in the Czech language (C2).

• Ability to explain data analytics principles in a clear, practical, and engaging manner.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a motivation to help others gain confidence in working with data.
