This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee and direct AffirmedRx’s portfolio of strategic initiatives while supporting client implementations.
• Strategize, execute, and deliver critical projects that address internal infrastructure requirements and enhance service delivery.
• Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships both internally and externally.
• Formulate and implement organization-wide program strategies that align with the goals of AffirmedRx and its clients.
• Manage project portfolio planning, execution, and timely delivery, ensuring adherence to scope and maintaining high quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and management to define program goals, objectives, and success metrics.
• Set up program governance, communication strategies, and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive program plans that outline timelines, resources, budgets, and key milestones.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through influence, offering direction, guidance, and support.
• Track and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, progress, and performance indicators.
• Provide consistent updates and status reports, including communications at the executive level.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve issues effectively.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and optimization.
• Encourage collaboration, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address client implementation challenges and contribute to the strategic direction of projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 8 years of industry experience within Managed Care or Pharmacy Benefits Management.
• Experience in a Project Management Office and/or Client Implementation team.
• Demonstrated program management expertise in overseeing and delivering intricate programs and initiatives.
• Strong grasp of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI and vendor integration processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional judgment, analytical skills, and creativity in addressing problems that require innovative solutions.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
• Willingness and capability to travel 20%-25% of the time.
