This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workforce planning processes and integrate financial and operational strategies.
• Establish and oversee program governance, project plans, business cases, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Lead working teams, facilitate decision-making and task completion, and promote collaboration.
• Assist in change management and the adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring that deliverables meet organizational standards.
• Support enterprise governance, operating models, and change controls post go-live.
• Develop enterprise requirements, standards, and success metrics for leadership evaluations.
• Provide status updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding progress, budgets, and outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, or as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• At least 10 years of program or project management experience focusing on HR or financial systems implementations and business transformation.
• Direct experience in implementing an operational workforce planning solution or workforce planning technology platform, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Oracle.
• Proven experience in executing workforce planning processes post-implementation, beyond mere system deployment.
• Strong foundation in the implementation, maturity, and execution of operational workforce planning processes.
• Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Capability to lead complex, end-to-end implementations.
• U.S. Person status is required.
• Availability to travel up to 10%, or as needed.
