This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance NPI utilizing the Monday.com software.
• Collaborate and coordinate with NPI representatives from various business units, including but not limited to Operations, Commercial, and ICE, to ensure complete alignment across the business.
• Educate teams, establish expectations, and gather feedback from all participants involved in the NPI.
• Work with executive stakeholders to prioritize NPI and MOC initiatives.
• Enhance visibility and communication among departments through improved integration and processes.
• Identify and address roadblocks and gaps throughout the entire process, from group resourcing to fostering better collaboration.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Manage and consistently update documentation related to the NPI process and the tools used.
• Mentor, educate, and support the NPI role across the organization.
• Develop and lead the implementation of new design processes within PD that are aligned with NPI and MOC.
• Minimum of 4 years of technical design experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on change management and ISO processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to isolate issues and comprehend their holistic nature in relation to all DIRTT systems.
• Familiarity with software development and experience within Agile development teams is advantageous.
