Program Manager – Leaves

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the Territorial Leave portfolio.

• Create policies, standardized procedures, and guidance.

• Keep track of legislative and industry updates.

• Offer expertise on matters related to leave.

• Set performance metrics to assess program efficiency.

• Design and implement training strategies for leave-related programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a university degree or equivalent, focusing on business, HR, and/or analytics.

• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience, including consulting experience.

• Proficient in HR generalist functions and leave management.

• Familiar with Canadian leave and disability administration practices.

• Skilled in analyzing leave-related data and trends.

• Experienced in executing and enhancing online processes within HRIS platforms.

• Capable of conveying complex information in a clear manner.

• Adept at juggling multiple priorities and handling complex cases.
