Quality Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Assess the current state of clinical QA processes across Neko's outpatient clinics, identify discrepancies against relevant standards, and create a prioritized remediation roadmap endorsed by the Global Medical Quality Lead.

• Develop and integrate a scalable QA program framework tailored to Neko's outpatient, preventive health model, including audit schedules, data review cycles, and clear accountability for quality metrics at the clinic level.

• Establish and implement a quality data review process: outline key indicators, set up data collection from existing systems, and provide a recurring dashboard that empowers clinical and operational leadership to respond to trends.

• Spearhead at least two cross-functional QA improvement initiatives, collaborating with clinical, operations, and technology teams, achieving measurable improvements against a defined baseline.

• Create and sustain quality documentation, including SOPs, audit tools, and training materials, ensuring they are accurate, easily accessible, and actively utilized by clinic teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, program management, or a closely related field, including at least 3 years in a healthcare or regulated clinical environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in outpatient, primary care, or ambulatory care quality: you have designed and implemented QA programs in the absence of a pre-existing framework, rather than merely auditing an established one.

• Proven success in establishing quality data review processes: defining metrics, utilizing operational data, and transforming trends into actionable enhancements.

• Strong program management skills: structured thinking, adept cross-functional stakeholder management, and the capacity to drive initiatives to completion across both clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Proficiency in AI: comfortable with data tools and AI-assisted analysis to enhance quality reviews while exercising sound judgment regarding essential human oversight.

• Background in medical device quality or a regulated setting (ISO 13485, EU MDR, or equivalent), providing familiarity with documented quality management systems.

• Experience in population health, patient safety, or insurance or managed care quality programs, offering cross-sector insights on outcome measurement.

• Experience in a scaling health technology company where quality infrastructure was being developed rather than merely maintained.
