This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of all Early Career Talent programs and initiatives, ensuring an exceptional experience for both participants and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the ECT Manager on program strategy, operational planning, and the execution of annual program delivery.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of program operations, including onboarding, performance assessments, manager engagement, events, and offboarding.

• Create, develop, and continually enhance the EMERGE emerging talent learning curriculum, incorporating learning pathways, workshops, resources, and development programs that provide a scalable and impactful early career experience.

• Develop and facilitate training and support materials for hiring managers, team members, and program partners.

• Establish and maintain program timelines, trackers, communications, and operational processes; monitor initiative progress, assess program ROI, and provide regular updates to recruiting and business stakeholders.

• Foster continual enhancements to systems, tools, reporting, and processes to boost efficiency during operational program tasks and peak hiring periods.

• Cultivate strong relationships with university partners, external organizations, internal stakeholders, and business leaders to promote program success and talent pipeline development.

• Assist with vendor coordination, event planning, travel logistics, and budget management related to Early Career Talent initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, university recruiting, recruiting operations, HR, learning and development, or a related field.

• Proven experience in supporting or leading internship, university recruiting, or early career talent programs.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing learning curricula, training programs, or professional development initiatives from inception through to delivery and evaluation.

• Strong program management and organizational abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating program data into engaging narratives and presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to establish credibility at all organizational levels.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment.

• Keen attention to detail combined with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Experience in coordinating events, logistics, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting operations workflows, preferably Greenhouse.

• Proficient in using data to monitor, evaluate, and continuously enhance program and recruiting outcomes.

• Experience in technology, gaming, or entertainment is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support campus recruiting events and program initiatives.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
