This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Drive initiatives for behavior and change management that foster a culture aware of cybersecurity.
• Assist in the creation, communication, and execution of programs that are in line with the organization's cybersecurity strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the CISO, cybersecurity leadership, and the PMO to ensure that cybersecurity initiatives are effectively branded, documented, and carried out.
• Develop and disseminate targeted communications and content related to cybersecurity.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of programs.
• Manage internal cybersecurity resources and ensure that documentation is organized for audit and compliance purposes.
• Work alongside the CISO and cybersecurity leadership to coordinate project efforts.
• Advocate for initiatives that inspire changes in employee behaviors.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution in computer science, information technology, business, information security, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in IT, Cyberbehavior, behavior management, technical and/or creative writing, human change management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in team management/development or project leadership.
• CISSP, CISM, or CSAP certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with and working knowledge of Social Cognitive Theory (SCT).
• Experience in a multinational company that operates in complex integrated environments.
• Sufficient knowledge of IT implementations.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Dedicated to ongoing education and the promotion of cyberbehavior management.
• A critical thinker with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Capacity to grasp the overarching vision while executing details flawlessly.
