📋 Description

• Supervise intricate programs that produce significant mission outcomes for our clients in the role of Sr. Program Manager.

• Here, you’ll gain insight into mission initiatives and discover the potential of your program management career at GDIT.

• As a Program Manager, you will guide diverse teams to deliver substantial value and results to clients through advanced analytics and fraud detection strategies.

• Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems associated with major projects.

• Coordinate the creation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.

• Serve as the main customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

• Establish concepts related to operational activities, including external engagement.

• Develop criteria for engineering initiatives related to product research.

• Collaborate on studies and white papers focused on healthcare management activities.

• Supervise the work of employees assigned to the program from both technical and administrative backgrounds.

• Oversee work that involves multiple connected departments or disciplines.

• Address complex issues where the analysis of situations or data necessitates a deep understanding of healthcare and fraud.

• Maintain open communication with CMS clients, project teams, and corporate leadership.

• Exhibit strong leadership abilities and act as a liaison between key personnel serving on this contract.

• Ensure that contract requirements are satisfied, including quality assurance in products and services, cost management, timeliness, and business relations.

• Engage in the development of innovative methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria that enhance and fortify healthcare fraud prevention.

• Lead, manage, and support diverse teams in a dynamic, high-impact environment that is continuously evolving.

• Collaborate with staff at all levels, leadership, and our clients to achieve positive outcomes, communicate successes, opportunities, and challenges, and align on success metrics.

• Drive results for our clients through teamwork, focusing on innovation, and aligning teams with customer goals and objectives.

• Leverage knowledge of analytic tools, CMS data, analytic methods, and the FWA landscape to guide teams toward achieving strong ROI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.

• At least 10 years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid.

• Extensive experience in leading analytic teams for FWA detection within Medicare or Medicaid.

• Experience in conducting analytics for Medicare and/or Medicaid FWA to support law enforcement or administrative actions.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading healthcare analytics focused on FWA detection.
