This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive execution of all post-acquisition integration strategies, from the initial planning stages to the final handover to the business, taking ownership of timelines, managing risks, and facilitating all essential integration meetings.
• Responsible for monitoring the realization of all financial and strategic synergies identified by Corporate Development during the due diligence phase.
• Transform high-level integration objectives into detailed project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows that foster momentum across various teams.
• Collaborate with leaders from Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities, eliminate roadblocks, and drive execution forward.
• Maintain clear project documentation and dashboards, keeping all stakeholders, including senior leadership, informed about progress and any escalations.
• Codify insights from each deal into a repeatable M&A integration playbook that can be implemented across all future acquisitions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project/program management, operations strategy, consulting, or a comparable strategic position.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through to execution.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, without having formal authority.
• Experience in managing timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring accountability across diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• History of delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and effective follow-through.
• Direct experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or supply chain operations is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Asana or Jira, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Familiarity with financial models and analysis, with an aptitude for monitoring performance against strategic and financial synergy objectives.
