Program Manager, Long-Term Services and Supports – LTSS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LTSS program, which includes administration, implementation, supervision, communication, and strategic planning.

• Coordinate programs and activities in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.

• Create new programs or enhance existing ones to support the strategic direction.

• Execute and manage changes and interventions to achieve program goals and initiatives.

• Supervise and manage assigned team members, including evaluation and administrative responsibilities.

• Establish and maintain long-term goals.

• Formulate the program budget and operational plan.

• Develop evaluation techniques to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure that targets for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance are met.

• Generate accurate and timely reports on program status.

• Assess program risks and implement necessary adjustments.

• Fulfill job-specific responsibilities and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).

• At least 3 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects (Required).

• Proficient in fundraising, group problem solving, leadership, project and function management, organization, Waterfall Model, and working independently.

• Resident of Pennsylvania.

• Not eligible for J-1 waiver.
