This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Lead and manage intricate programs comprising multiple interconnected software projects.
β’ Coordinate various project managers and the associated project teams.
β’ Analyze, prioritize, and refine requirements in collaboration with customers and internal business units.
β’ Design comprehensive technical and business solution concepts that span multiple functions.
β’ Establish suitable program governance frameworks and oversee formats such as steering committees and management reviews.
β’ Monitor the progress, quality, and attainment of objectives across all program projects.
β’ Plan, coordinate, and support testing, product releases, and rollouts at the program level.
β’ Organize and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and training sessions within the program context.
β’ Completed commercial or IT-related training/degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
β’ Several years of experience in managing complex software programs across multiple projects.
β’ Proficient in defining program objectives, roadmaps, and milestones.
β’ Strong stakeholder management skills with a confident approach to governance control.
β’ Experience in requirements analysis, testing, releases, rollouts, and workshops β preferably in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environments.
β’ Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level and English at a minimum of B2 level.
