Program Manager, Intralogistics Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage intricate programs comprising multiple interconnected software projects.

• Coordinate various project managers and the associated project teams.

• Analyze, prioritize, and refine requirements in collaboration with customers and internal business units.

• Design comprehensive technical and business solution concepts that span multiple functions.

• Establish suitable program governance frameworks and oversee formats such as steering committees and management reviews.

• Monitor the progress, quality, and attainment of objectives across all program projects.

• Plan, coordinate, and support testing, product releases, and rollouts at the program level.

• Organize and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and training sessions within the program context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial or IT-related training/degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in managing complex software programs across multiple projects.

• Proficient in defining program objectives, roadmaps, and milestones.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with a confident approach to governance control.

• Experience in requirements analysis, testing, releases, rollouts, and workshops — preferably in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environments.

• Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level and English at a minimum of B2 level.
