This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Lead, design, and implement enterprise-level programs and projects that align with Splunk’s objectives within Cisco’s global sales framework.
• Influence senior executives and cross-functional teams during strategic sales discussions.
• Create, enhance, and scale deal strategies and global program processes.
• Provide advanced reporting and data analysis utilizing SFDC, Tableau, and AI platforms.
• Conduct workshops, executive meetings, ad-hoc projects, and cross-functional sessions.
• Identify strategic opportunities, address challenges, and drive quantifiable results.
• Develop and maintain high-trust relationships across Cisco and Splunk.
• Act as a thought leader in program management best practices, process innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 8 years of program management experience.
• Experience in sales strategy, enablement, finance, or operations within a complex, global environment is preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Cisco/Splunk enterprise platforms, including CCW and SFDC.
• Familiarity with Buying Programs, including EAs and WPAs.
• Understanding of Bookings, Sales, RevRec, Sales Credit, and Compensation policies.
• Proficiency in AI and experience utilizing AI tools and platforms for business insights, automation, or process optimization.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco’s commerce, sales, and finance portfolio, systems, and processes.
• Experience with Splunk, Oracle/SAP ERP, EDW, Tableau, or Splunk CPQ.
• Advanced skills in reporting, analytics, and presenting strategic insights to executive audiences.
• Expertise in process enhancement, transformation, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead independently as a senior individual contributor.
