
Program Manager – In-house Performance Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Creative operations performance system. Develop the intake, briefing, production, feedback, delivery, and reporting processes that enable the team to enhance the volume of creative testing.
• Creative testing strategy. Collaborate with the ACD, Paid, and Paid Creative Strategist to outline the testing strategy and team priorities. Manage the production calendar to ensure the team prioritizes the most impactful ideas and eliminates low-value initiatives.
• Resource and agency capacity assessment. Review potential agencies, production partners, and vendor models to guarantee the team possesses the necessary capacity and capabilities as creative volume increases. Establish the operating model for when to utilize in-house resources, when to engage external support, and how to ensure partners are accountable for speed, quality, and performance.
• Editor empowerment and asset management. Ensure editors have access to the clips and source materials required for swift progress, collaborating with Influencer and Marketing teams to source, organize, secure talent rights, and develop a comprehensive content library.
• Tools, AI, and automation implementation. Evaluate and introduce new creative, AI, production, and measurement tools that enable the team to generate higher volumes of effective creative without introducing unnecessary processes or delaying testing.
• Cross-functional visibility and collaboration. Provide transparency for leadership and cross-functional partners by delivering clear updates on ongoing projects, obstacles, successes, and insights gained.
• Maintaining creative quality at speed. Assist the team in elevating the creative standard without sacrificing pace, balancing speed, quality, and performance outcomes.
• Over 6 years of experience in creative operations, performance marketing operations, production, or program management within a high-growth consumer company. Direct experience in paid creative operations is advantageous, but strong operational and analytical judgment is paramount.
• Proven track record of developing scalable systems. You have enhanced an intake process, briefing workflow, creative testing calendar, production tracker, agency model, reporting cadence, or asset delivery system in a measurable manner.
• Proficient in performance creative metrics. You have a solid understanding of paid marketing metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, PBP, incrementality, and creative fatigue, and can leverage that data to improve creative outcomes.
• Excellent prioritization and project management skills. You can differentiate between urgent and important tasks, clarify trade-offs, and maintain cross-functional progress without introducing unnecessary processes.
• Strong communication abilities. You can distill complex statuses, obstacles, and differing opinions into a clear update or recommendation.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. You can tackle unclear problems, develop a practical initial solution, and iterate without requiring perfect guidance.
• Low ego with strong team collaboration skills. You’re willing to seek clarity, provide direct feedback, and engage in less glamorous tasks when it benefits the team’s success.
