This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Delivers tactical assistance for client-oriented biopharmaceutical initiatives.
• Oversees project performance, focusing on program financial management and client interactions.
• Offers internal consulting on project management challenges.
• Recognizes opportunities for process and efficiency enhancements.
• Identifies and escalates risks that could impact project timelines and financial goals.
• Manages and coordinates the initiation of studies.
• Interprets protocol language for internal systems and procedures.
• Prepares for and facilitates internal gatherings while also attending external meetings.
• Coordinates the launch of stability studies.
• Maintains project setup and schedules for sample testing.
• Assesses and manages project timelines and deliverables.
• Aids in contract management and ensures adherence to contract terms.
• Oversees project setup and financial aspects.
• Prepares projections, forecasts, and revenue recognition for fee-for-service, hourly, or FTE programs.
• Adjusts forecasts or project priorities on a weekly basis as necessary.
• Communicates routine FTE utilization and expenditure.
• Facilitates both internal and external communications.
• Assists the client relationship manager with meeting minutes and actionable items.
• Manages study documentation and testing directives while sharing data and reports.
• Supports the fee-for-service and hourly contract review procedures.
• Provides and facilitates training for Program Manager I.
• Engages in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and enterprise applications, including office productivity software.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proven compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Capability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-level teams.
• Skilled in communicating, receiving, and understanding information and concepts with diverse groups.
• Ability to work upright and stationary for standard working hours.
• Proficient in using and learning standard office equipment and technology.
• Capable of performing successfully under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple projects or activities.
