• Offers tactical assistance for projects that involve client interaction.
• Manages and coordinates the intake, logging, and workflow management of samples and standards to facilitate laboratory analysis.
• Oversees project progression for both client-related and internal initiatives, ensuring timely advancements through effective communication and updates on status.
• Handles client communications pertaining to sample and standard processes.
• Aids the client relationship manager by delivering daily progress updates, managing schedules, and identifying as well as escalating potential risks to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Serves as the main coordinator for the intake and logging of samples and standards.
• Oversees shipment requests.
• Directs sample and standard workflows, including check-outs, shipping, relogging, and disposal activities to support laboratory analysis.
• Monitors project status within the designated client team and associated support teams, providing updates on progress.
• Initiates the project setup process.
• Manages reagent documentation for clients and the team, including Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets.
• Coordinates and tracks the completion of internal lab-based projects, such as facility audits and incident reports.
• Manages client communication regarding sample and standard processes.
• Assists the client relationship manager with daily updates to ensure project completion.
• Manages timelines and identifies as well as escalates risks as needed.
• Participates in internal meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.
• Previous experience that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the role (comparable to 0+ years) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus, composure, and productivity.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments with challenging and conflicting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong attention to detail along with effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in identifying and resolving conflicts in a professional setting.
