This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute all activities across pertinent project cycles - encompassing project design, initiation, implementation, and closure - to guarantee efficient and effective execution in alignment with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor expectations, and best practices.

• Promote learning among project staff and partner teams. Assess and interpret project performance data in accordance with MEAL policy.

• Serve as a vital resource in project design and proposal formulation within the relevant programming area.

• Facilitate the assessment of staff capabilities and technical assistance requirements for partner organizations, focusing on capacity enhancement.

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and fortifying partnerships in accordance with CRS’ partnership guidelines.

• Oversee and track financial and material resources pertinent to project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, International Relations, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of pertinent field experience in coordinating or managing moderately complex projects is required, ideally with an international NGO.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
