This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Act as a highly collaborative planner driven by requirements, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability, with a readiness to engage in the details.
β’ Strategically plan and design comprehensive project deployment and integration activities to guarantee the successful launch of our platform and ensure operational excellence. Oversee production and implementation programs to meet cost, schedule, and technical specifications.
β’ Comprehend customer needs and effectively communicate them to Skydio's agile product and technical teams to facilitate development and execution of delivery.
β’ Build relationships with Law Enforcement clients and possess the technical acumen to collaborate with Skydio's engineering teams to achieve project milestones.
β’ Advise Skydio and customer business and program leaders about contract management risks and opportunities, ensuring a coordinated and thorough approach to product delivery throughout the program.
β’ Provide general support for go-to-market and business initiatives as necessary.
β’ Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services, program management, or customer success, particularly in complex environments involving law enforcement agencies.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience interacting with senior leadership and a strong emphasis on project management methodologies and tools.
β’ Demonstrable success in implementing new technologies (both hardware and software), agile development practices, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer timelines.
β’ Expertise in establishing effective internal business systems, processes, and controls (hardware, software, operations) for managing large-scale customer projects within the Law Enforcement sector.
β’ Familiarity with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems, along with associated software development.
β’ Experience in Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management, covering areas such as Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data analytics and capable of independently resolving complex issues. Ability to think outside the box and devise creative solutions.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
β’ Earning FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and is mandatory for certain roles.
