Program Manager – Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of enterprise data and analytics projects, which encompass cloud data platforms, reporting modernization, data integrations, governance enablement, and AI-related capabilities.

• Facilitate integrated planning and execution alignment with business program managers, data leaders, engineering teams, architects, and system integrators.

• Direct Agile/SAFe delivery routines, planning meetings, dependency management, status reviews, RAID management, and execution tracking.

• Manage integrated roadmap coordination across data engineering, analytics, integrations, infrastructure, security, and business workstreams.

• Enhance visibility and accountability for milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials, and action items within delivery teams.

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party delivery partners, oversee deliverables, escalate blockers, and ensure accountability.

• Develop and maintain executive-ready delivery dashboards, status reports, and operational metrics.

• Work in partnership with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Engineering teams to achieve predictable delivery outcomes.

• Lead operational readiness, release coordination, testing alignment, and deployment planning.

• Ensure compliance with TPDO governance standards, reporting requirements, financial controls, and operational processes.

• Align technology delivery efforts with enterprise data transformation goals.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of delivery governance, operational cadence, reporting standards, and transformation execution practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of technology program or project management experience involving enterprise data and/or analytics delivery initiatives.

• Preferred experience in supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics modernization, cloud data ecosystems, or AI enablement initiatives.

• Familiarity with concepts related to data engineering, reporting, analytics, governance, or enterprise data platforms.

• Preferred experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ecosystems.

• Experience partnering with system integrators, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors.

• Preferred experience in supporting enterprise transformation initiatives in regulated industries.

• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery environments.

• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance, reporting, financial tracking, and dependency management practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong skills in delivery coordination and execution management across complex enterprise technology and data initiatives.

• Ability to handle competing priorities in dynamic transformation environments.

• Excellent organizational, planning, dependency management, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to facilitate collaboration among distributed engineering teams, vendors, and third-party delivery partners.

• Keen attention to detail and visibility across interconnected workstreams and dependencies.

• Ability to identify risks, escalate issues, promote execution transparency, and ensure accountability.
