Program Manager – Custom Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dynamic pipeline of tailored program opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.

• Partner with the Institutional Relations team to cultivate new program leads and establish new institutional collaborations.

• Foster relationships with partners by comprehending their needs and goals while providing exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with international teams to formulate program budgets, develop proposals, and draft contracts.

• Coordinate the pre-departure planning and preparation process alongside partners and CIEE staff.

• Participate in CIEE and industry conferences and events to market and promote CIEE’s Custom Programs.

• Support special projects and additional tasks as needed to ensure the efficient functioning of Custom Programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least three years of experience in solution sales, account management, or partnership development.

• Preferred experience working with faculty or in higher education.

• Self-driven, collaborative, accountable, and enthusiastic about exceeding partner expectations.

• Capable of prioritizing, multitasking, and functioning effectively in ambiguous situations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.

• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

• Quick learner with the initiative to understand new processes.

• Experience with Excel is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.

• Study abroad experience is preferred.
