This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the team to develop a comprehensive understanding of our target demographics and existing partnerships.
• Offer operational assistance in the planning and execution of graduate school and career partnership initiatives, which encompasses application management, updating information across various platforms, communications, and other projects that bolster the team's operational efforts.
• Utilize metrics and data to refine and broaden offerings as necessary to strategize for scalability and future development.
• Participate in discussions and planning regarding both short-term and long-term strategies for the growth of the programs.
• Collect and assess feedback from diverse sources, employing tracking and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Conduct research and stay updated on hiring practices, employment trends, and other labor-related issues, as well as news and trends in graduate school admissions and financial aid.
• Become proficient in the team’s project management tools and skilled at establishing efficient, streamlined systems to enhance workflows.
• Travel domestically 2-4 times annually for both internal and external organizational events.
• Assist with other organizational projects, tasks, and objectives as required and assigned.
• Alongside other QuestBridge staff, annually review and assess student applications for the National College Match, College Prep Scholars Program, and various other opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of full-time experience in higher education.
• Knowledge of selective college and graduate school admissions.
• Familiarity with college recruiting from a higher education (career services) or business (corporate/industry) perspective.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across different teams and departments while upholding a high level of organization and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional writing and editing capabilities, as well as public speaking experience.
• Proficient with technology and data, with the ability to assess and enhance processes.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and a quick learner, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability.
• Process-oriented, with the ability to comprehend and convey complex processes in a clear manner.
• Proven history of setting priorities, establishing operational processes, and executing plans with measurable results.
• Outstanding attention to detail, maintaining rigorous quality standards in terms of quantitative accuracy, text editing, and visual presentation.
• Strong passion for issues related to higher education access and student/alumni career development, particularly for first-generation and/or low-income students.
