This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create and oversee the Project Management Plan (PMP), incorporating comprehensive processes and timelines.
• Compile and present Monthly Progress Reports along with Annual Summary Reports.
• Manage the intake, tracking, and resolution of daily correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to technical project management standards within correspondence systems.
• Recognize and handle essential project milestones and dependencies.
• Aid in strategic initiatives through analytical support and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefing materials while facilitating important meetings.
• Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for correspondence processes.
• A Bachelor's degree is required (Master's degree is preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal entities.
• Proficient in Federal Records Management, FOIA, FACA, and Section 508 regulations (experience with a natural resource agency is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in directing correspondence operations across Federal tracking systems.
• PMP certification is preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
