Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic programs that involve multiple simultaneous projects.

• Ensure alignment of project objectives with the wider goals of the organization.

• Maintain program-level Gantt charts and schedules to illustrate dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.

• Monitor, track, and report on the scope, status, budget, and metrics of various projects.

• Manage the program risk log and identify potential bottlenecks.

• Develop strategies for mitigation and escalate critical issues as necessary.

• Act as the primary point of escalation to address, triage, and eliminate technical or operational obstacles.

• Organize and lead status meetings, create executive dashboards, and conduct program reviews.

• Keep cross-functional leaders and team members updated on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in project/program management, specifically in leading complex, multi-project deliveries.

• Proven history of assessing risks, managing dependencies, and swiftly resolving cross-team blockers.

• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex technical issues, align cross-functional teams of engineers, and achieve consensus under tight deadlines.

• Relevant experience in the Healthcare Industry is highly preferred.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
