This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate supply chain and product deployment initiatives from order release through to customer acceptance.

• Create and sustain integrated schedules, milestones, risk assessments, dependencies, and recovery strategies.

• Establish and drive governance for programs, including operating rhythms, reporting structures, and accountability measures.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics providers, installation teams, commissioning partners, and executives.

• Ensure execution aligns with program goals, timelines, budgets, and customer commitments.

• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

• Assist in supplier qualification, manufacturing readiness, production scaling, and capacity planning.

• Align manufacturing timelines with customer delivery requirements.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to address risks and constraints.

• Support scalable manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Oversee logistics planning, transportation, site readiness, delivery coordination, and deployment activities.

• Coordinate installation, startup, and commissioning preparations.

• Monitor risks related to materials, transportation, schedules, labor, and site constraints.

• Manage transitions between manufacturing, delivery, deployment, and customer handoff processes.

• Establish reporting protocols and ensure executive visibility into program performance.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, forecasts, action logs, risk registers, and milestone tracking.

• Facilitate operating reviews and proactively escalate issues.

• Develop and enhance Galtra's strategic program management capabilities.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture project and program management talent.

• Establish best practices, frameworks, governance models, and standard operating procedures.

• Support organizational planning, staffing, onboarding, and capability growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, product deployment, industrial operations, or similar fields.

• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs that involve suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results without direct authority over all contributors.

• Strong skills in program planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Experience in developing processes, governance frameworks, operating models, or teams within a growing organization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and sustain execution momentum in fast-paced environments.

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related reporting tools.

• Experience in Supply Chain Program Management.

• Background in contract manufacturing or supplier management.

• Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) or product commercialization.

• Experience in supporting industrial equipment, mechanical systems, HVAC, cooling infrastructure, power systems, or engineered products.

• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS, or other enterprise operations systems.

• Understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems and supplier qualification processes.

• Possession of PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications.

• Experience in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to manufacturers and sites, potentially across all 50 US states.
