This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, engaging with external reimbursement hubs and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Serve as a communication link between clients and internal operational teams.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with pharmaceutical clients, their hubs, and associated programs.
• Address inquiries regarding Accredo processes and service-related issues, while effectively handling escalations.
• Represent Accredo professionally and discreetly in external interactions.
• Develop partnerships, build trust, and proactively identify needs or concerns.
• Oversee the overall health and performance of programs, products, and services.
• Deliver program updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct research, gather, analyze, and disseminate data.
• Monitor and track trends, perform root-cause analysis, and lead initiatives for process enhancement.
• Comprehend key performance metrics for specialty drugs and assist in resolving delays.
• Prepare presentations and facilitate meetings to assess metrics and program performance, support in-services, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Work autonomously, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and serve as a change agent.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience related to Accredo specialty pharmacy is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in client management, program support, and collaboration with matrix partners is preferred.
• Over 1 year of experience managing escalated issues and navigating difficult conversations is necessary.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and assist with multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with RxHome and CSP is preferred.
• Some travel may be required based on program placement.
• A stable internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required when working from home.
