This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee senior-level interdisciplinary programs throughout the Eastern United States, concentrating on civil municipal and federal opportunities.
• Act as program manager for significant strategic clients with long-term contracts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to pinpoint opportunities, enhance services, and foster sustained revenue growth.
• Formulate growth strategies that encompass market positioning, pursuit priorities, client relationship plans, teaming strategy, and pipeline development.
• Cultivate relationships with municipal leaders, county officials, federal clients, military installations, agency contacts, teaming partners, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, secure, and execute infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, facilities, planning, funding, federal programs, and public-sector needs.
• Represent SEH in municipal, county, agency, military, and federal environments.
• Collaborate with technical leaders, client service managers, federal market leaders, capture resources, and proposal teams on pursuit strategies and achieving successful wins.
• Enhance brand awareness, strengthen client and partner relationships, and position SEH as a long-term ally in the civil and federal markets of the Eastern United States.
• Proven experience in managing complex programs that coordinate multidisciplinary teams to accomplish strategic goals, quality outcomes, scheduling objectives, and budget targets.
• Senior-level experience in business development, client development, market expansion, capture, strategic sales, or equivalent roles within public-sector consulting, infrastructure, federal programs, architecture/engineering, construction, or professional services.
• In-depth understanding of the federal market, including clients, agencies, military installations, procurement pathways, contracting vehicles, capture strategies, teaming relationships, and federal infrastructure opportunities.
• Capability to align SEH’s technical strengths with the needs and opportunities of municipal, county, agency, military, and federal clients.
• High level of professional maturity, judgment, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently while staying in sync with SEH leadership and growth objectives.
• Must reside in the state of Florida.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check that meets company standards.
• Valid driver’s license and driving history that complies with SEH’s Driving Program requirements, confirmed through an MVR records check.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: established connections with municipal, county, federal, military, agency, and teaming partners across the Eastern United States.
• Preferred: experience in expanding a new geography, office, market sector, or client base.
• Preferred: knowledge of civil municipal infrastructure, federal programs, funding strategies, grant-supported projects, and public-sector procurement.
• Preferred: experience in supporting capture strategies, proposal positioning, shortlist/interview preparation, and long-term client account planning.
• Preferred: previous experience in an employee-owned or relationship-driven professional services organization.
