This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, outreach to sectors, and conducting performance management and assessments.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs from their initiation to completion.
• Ensure program delivery aligns with defined scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams.
• Simplify technical complexities into clear, actionable communications for decision-making.
• Recognize risks, devise mitigation strategies, and handle issues proactively to prevent escalation.
• Create program governance frameworks and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk management documents.
• Develop and maintain technical and financial reports that illustrate project progress for management.
• Link daily operations to the overarching organizational strategy.
• Identify interdependencies among initiatives and guide prioritization decisions at the portfolio level.
• Over 10 years of experience in supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation, outreach to sectors, and performance management and assessments.
• More than 7 years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from start to finish, with proven success in meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
• In-depth technical knowledge of National Critical Infrastructure Protection policies and strategies.
• Expertise in state and local government critical infrastructure program operations and frameworks.
• Proven capability to build and nurture relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams.
• Proficient in converting technical complexities into clear, decision-ready communications.
• A proactive mindset toward identifying risks, crafting mitigation strategies, and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Experience thriving in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Background in establishing program governance structures, defining KPIs, and producing executive-level reports, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Skilled at creating and maintaining technical and financial reports that effectively demonstrate project progress to management.
• Ability to connect daily execution to organizational strategy, identify dependencies across initiatives, and influence portfolio-level prioritization decisions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• PMP Certification.
• TS/SCI clearance.
