Operations Infrastructure Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of programs by creating detailed program plans, offering operational support through various tools and processes, and evaluating results across the Operations Infrastructure portfolio.

• Collaborate with leadership to convert strategic goals into actionable scopes, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives that align with enterprise objectives.

• Drive alignment among departments and connect project teams, leadership, and stakeholders effectively.

• Monitor project performance, manage risks, report on progress, and deliver focused administrative support for high-priority projects.

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence and providing proactive assistance.

• Encourage teamwork and trust within the team.

• Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables.

• Continuously seek to innovate and enhance operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience OR 7 years of applicable job-specific experience is required.

• A preference for candidates with 3 years of leadership or management experience.
