This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee intricate AI and data initiatives, acting as the main liaison for client sponsors and partners.
• Ensure successful project delivery and favorable client outcomes.
• Convert client strategies into detailed roadmaps and cohesive delivery plans across geographically diverse teams.
• Collaborate with technical delivery leads, architects, and engineers to align project execution with business objectives and measurable benefits.
• Take charge of engagement financials, which include budget management, burn rates, margins, forecasting, utilization, and change control.
• Mitigate risks and variances by employing delivery metrics.
• Establish strong relationships with senior clients, partners, and technical stakeholders.
• Deliver succinct status updates and create executive-ready narratives.
• Navigate through ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and challenging trade-offs with data-driven recommendations.
• Manage project risks and customer escalations comprehensively in collaboration with delivery and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance phData services, including AI and analytics offerings, within current accounts.
• Provide account health assessments that include financials, project status, AI adoption metrics, and significant obstacles.
• Mentor Project Managers and consultants.
• Contribute to the advancement of AI-enhanced delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading client-focused programs and engaging directly with executive stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of Technical Program / Program Management experience in a consulting or professional services setting.
• Proven track record in managing timelines, scope, budgets, and resources for data and AI-related programs.
• Expertise in managing multi-workstream initiatives across data platforms, analytics, cloud environments, and/or AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of Agile/iterative delivery methodologies and a solid grasp of Waterfall practices.
• Background in AI, data, and analytics projects.
• Familiarity with contemporary data stacks such as Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, as well as modern BI and ML/LLM platforms.
• Proven ability to manage performance across a project portfolio, ensuring billable utilization and overseeing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent skills in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience leading remote teams across various geographical locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical discipline.
• PMP and CSM certifications are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% per month.
