Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a variety of intricate SDLC projects.

• Supervise and manage over 6 full SDLC projects.

• Provide mentorship to less experienced project managers.

• Assist other project managers within the organization.

• Execute thorough project reviews and apply corrective measures as needed.

• Take charge of projects that are facing challenges.

• Oversee 2 to 4 direct reports.

• Establish expectations for career advancement and initiatives.

• Work closely with account managers to develop account strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management, or a directly related field.

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• DASM or an equivalent agile certification is required.

• Additional certification in project management skills is necessary.

• Completion of Manager Training is required.

• At least 2 Lunch & Learns conducted.

• A minimum of 2 RED Talks delivered.
