This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervises team members to ensure their capability to manage calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Records requirements in the system and oversees follow-up communications.
• Evaluates the performance of staff to identify training needs and requirements.
• Contributes to staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage; recommends necessary adjustments.
• Supports quality assurance and enhancement initiatives; aids in the implementation of changes.
• Manages projects including reimbursement programs, compliance and educational initiatives, as well as clinical patient support services.
• Executes assigned call center projects; involved in the design and development of new initiatives.
• Continuously assesses project strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for enhancement.
• Generates all reports related to projects.
• Engages in client meetings and maintains daily communications regarding client projects.
• Identifies and implements staff recruitment strategies and participates in the hiring process.
• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the designated units or departments.
• A minimum of a University Degree in Business Administration, Science, or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare industries.
• Strong experience in client management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing people.
• Experience in reimbursement is considered a plus.
• RN/RPN designation is an asset and may be required for specific programs.
• Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.
• Strong business and financial insight.
• Proficient analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills; capable of resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Exceptional presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
