Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise and enhance OCHIN’s systems, processes, initiatives, and tools.

• Direct strategic programs aimed at achieving equitable clinical, financial, and operational results.

• Offer consultation and technical support.

• Oversee grant compliance and cultivate positive relationships with funders.

• Spot opportunities to boost the adoption and implementation of tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related discipline; a master's degree is highly preferred.

• At least three (3) years of experience assisting healthcare teams in similar or relevant positions is strongly preferred, with four to five (4–5) years being advantageous.

• Proven ability to foresee and address issues, particularly in situations with little to no existing precedent.

• Significant experience supporting individual clinicians, care teams, and clinic leaders in executing practice changes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with change management and human-centered design; knowledge of advanced primary care concepts is preferred.

• Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to design and lead effective meetings.
