This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Managing the design, effectiveness, growth, and sustainability of MiracleFeet’s national initiatives in Nigeria.

• Collaborating with local implementing partners to enhance clubfoot identification, referral, and treatment access.

• Enhancing the capabilities of implementing partners to provide high-quality programs.

• Engaging with government stakeholders to improve program outcomes and broaden clubfoot treatment availability across Nigeria.

• Overseeing performance metrics, partner accountability, data integrity, enrollment growth, and sustainability strategies throughout the national portfolio.

• Evaluating partner performance and organizational capacity, identifying operational, financial, governance, and programmatic risks, while aiding in the development of mitigation and capacity enhancement plans.

• Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with implementing partners, government agencies, healthcare institutions, and other significant stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in public health, Health Policy, Health Systems, International Development, or Social Sciences.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program management within public health, child health, health system strengthening, or related fields, ideally in Nigeria or comparable environments.

• Proven experience in managing implementing partners, grantees, or NGO collaborators, including oversight of program performance, accountability, and organizational capacity enhancement.

• Experience in engaging with government entities, technical working groups, and national coordination platforms at both national and subnational levels.

• Demonstrated experience working across multiple states in Nigeria and effectively navigating national and state health systems.

• Proven track record in reviewing programmatic and financial performance, including budget oversight, donor compliance, and risk management.

• Strong capability in leveraging data for program management, performance enhancement, and informed decision-making.

• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budget oversight, and adherence to donor compliance.

• Proven experience in supervising teams and managing performance outcomes.

• Familiarity with Nigeria’s political, cultural, and stakeholder landscape, with experience working across diverse regions of the country.

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and regionally (up to approximately 30%).
