This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Supervise and manage program operations related to the Human Resources Command (HRC) at Fort Knox, KY
• Lead a diverse team to ensure that program goals are achieved
• Work in collaboration with Lawelawe leadership, stakeholders, and team members to provide exceptional services and uphold customer satisfaction
• Guarantee compliance with all contractual obligations and requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Plan and coordinate daily program tasks to ensure timely execution
• Assess labor needs to fulfill program production targets
• Organize, monitor, and track program timelines, milestones, objectives, and goals
• Ensure the precise and timely submission of contract deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee and direct recruitment initiatives to ensure prompt and effective staffing
• Conduct timely and constructive performance assessments
• Carry out other related duties as necessary
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is essential
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, showcasing success in leading complex programs and teams
• 8–10 years of relevant experience is required
• Secret Level Clearance is necessary
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration software, and other pertinent technologies
• Exceptional managerial and supervisory capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
