This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Offer strategic guidance to customer executives and implementation teams through consistent communication and steering committee meetings.
• Manage multiple projects for one or more clients.
• Responsible for updating senior leadership on the health and progress of the portfolio.
• Assist in scoping and estimation initiatives alongside Sales or Customer Success teams.
• Participate as a member of the pre-sales teams, crafting proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Deliver executive-level insights in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Reliability Excellence, Maintenance & Repair Operations (MRO), and Connected Worker transformation.
• Ensure alignment among business goals, solution design, implementation strategies, and operational results.
• Coach Project Managers and Consultants on value-driven delivery, business consulting practices, executive communications, and customer engagement.
• A valid PMP certification is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or consulting projects.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multi-million-dollar programs in asset-intensive sectors.
• In-depth domain knowledge in one or more areas: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Maintenance & Reliability, Asset Performance Management (APM), Operations Excellence, or Industrial Supply Chain.
• Extensive experience with SAP EAM (PM/MM/WM/EWM), IBM Maximo, or other related EAM platforms is essential.
• Proven track record in conducting executive workshops, process assessments, and solution strategy sessions.
• Ability to effectively communicate business value and ROI to executive stakeholders.
• Experience in managing executive steering committees and relationships at the C-level.
• Strong consulting experience with structured problem-solving skills and expertise in business process transformation.
• Familiarity with managing geographically distributed delivery teams.
