This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist in programs tailored for strategic utility clients within a global manufacturing framework.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Aid in the management of program timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, commercial, supply chain, and external partners.
• Deliver status updates, monitor progress, and ensure transparency for teams and clients.
• Identify potential risks, opportunities, and obstacles while devising mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate issue resolution from order entry through manufacturing, delivery, and project closure.
• Implement contract, claim, and change management methodologies to uphold customer commitments and business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will also be taken into account.
• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven track record of leading teams and promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing setting.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada without employer sponsorship.
