Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Developing and executing CACHI’s primary programmatic and ACH Network initiatives

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and assessment of programmatic activities

• Assisting in the creation and launch of initiatives guided by CACHI’s Strategic Roadmap

• Contributing to efforts aimed at promoting CACHI’s strategic goals

• Encouraging collaboration and partnership among ACH sites

• Recording and integrating lessons learned into the organization’s priorities

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management

• Strong skills in project management

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Independent and proactive in problem-solving

• Attentive to detail

• Alignment with CACHI’s values and dedication to promoting equity

• Openness to occasional travel for conferences, meetings, and gatherings
