This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze the primary sources of member satisfaction and dissatisfaction at Chime, integrating insights from feedback, support interactions, social media, app reviews, and operational data to comprehend the underlying issues.
• Develop and enhance tools, automation, and AI-driven workflows that empower teams across Chime to effectively access, interpret, and leverage member insights.
• Discover areas where manual analysis, reporting, or decision-making can be optimized through automation, experimentation, and innovative methods for revealing member sentiment at scale.
• Transform intricate findings into clear, persuasive narratives that assist product teams, business leaders, and executives in making informed decisions that benefit our members.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses on significant member experience topics, identifying root causes, quantifying effects, and revealing opportunities for enhancement.
• Create and present company-wide sentiment reports that keep Chime aligned with member experiences and highlight areas requiring our attention.
• Pose questions that others may overlook, proactively investigate emerging challenges, and provide insights that enable Chime to better understand and serve its members.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, product management, product operations, strategy & operations, user research, customer insights, analytics, or comparable roles that necessitate structured problem-solving and cross-functional influence.
• Proven ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging narratives that help others grasp important concepts and determine subsequent actions.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in working with both quantitative and qualitative data. You know how to ask insightful questions, discern signal from noise, and instill confidence in your conclusions.
• A high level of curiosity, ownership, and self-motivation. You thrive on tackling ambiguous challenges, proactively exploring new concepts, and taking initiative without waiting for direction.
• Experience employing AI tools to quickly learn, investigate issues, automate workflows, or enhance work processes. While you don't need to be an engineer, you are eager to experiment and continually broaden your skill set.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to adapt your message for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders and executives.
• A sincere curiosity about the factors that drive member experiences, alongside a desire to influence decisions that yield significant impact at scale.
