Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of a program comprising multiple projects, ensuring they meet client goals while being delivered punctually, within scope, and budget.

• Lead and coordinate teams across various functions, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on essential program performance indicators, such as budget, schedule, and other key performance metrics.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, offering proactive solutions and strategies to address potential challenges and keep the program on track.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing their expectations, addressing concerns, and fostering strong, effective relationships.

• Promote continuous improvement within the program by encouraging innovation, streamlining processes, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality results.

• Enhance program growth and client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for operational excellence, contributing to compelling proposals, and nurturing long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business.

• Function as the primary Account Manager for the program, working closely with cross-functional Account Managers to ensure the achievement of all program KPIs and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years of professional experience in supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs.

• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills, paired with a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong ability to build rapport with customers.

• Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project and program risks.

• Capable of aligning broad strategic goals with the effective execution of detailed, day-to-day operations.
